Mediterraneo Dine&Wine sits just steps from Hvar's charming port, and from the moment I walked in, I understood why this family-run spot has become legendary among locals and visitors alike.

While the menu shines brightest with its fresh fish offerings – as you'd expect from a seaside Croatian restaurant – I was completely blown away by their Premium Ribeye. Picture this: 330 grams of beef aged for 60 days, draped in a velvety red wine sauce, accompanied by sweet pepper and onion potato cream, tender broccoli, and earthy mushrooms. It was hands-down one of the best steaks I've had in Croatia.
